Our Mission
Rising Stars Performing Arts Mission Statement
At Rising Stars Performing Arts, our mission is to provide a rigorous, inclusive, and inspiring theatrical and musical education for every student. Through our signature Quadruple Threat Method, integrating singing, acting, dancing, and musicianship, we prepare young artists with the versatility, confidence, and technique needed to thrive in today’s audition rooms and beyond.
Founded over a decade ago as a pre-professional training program, Rising Stars began with a focused commitment to audition preparation, acting, and advanced vocal performance. As our students and community grew, so did our offerings. We expanded into musicianship training for singers, developed a comprehensive dance curriculum, and ultimately launched our flagship Company Program, creating a truly integrated conservatory style experience for high school performers.
Our audition only Company Program functions as a degree style training track modeled after collegiate Musical Theatre conservatories. Students receive discounted classes, complimentary masterclasses, individualized career mentorship, and intensive artistic development designed to support both their present growth and future ambitions.
In addition to our Company Program, Rising Stars offers a wide range of production based classes, workshops, and dance training, earning recognition as Fairfield County’s premier college preparatory performing arts organizations. Our students’ success is reflected in their acceptance into some of the nation’s most respected colleges and conservatories.
Rising Stars alumni have gone on to study at institutions including NYU Tisch, Eastman School of Music, Boston Conservatory, Carnegie Mellon, Shenandoah Conservatory, The Hartt School, Oberlin Conservatory, Marymount Manhattan College, the University of the Arts, and many more.
We are proud to cultivate artists who are disciplined, curious, collaborative, and fearless in pursuit of their craft. At Rising Stars Performing Arts, students don’t just train for the stage, they discover their voices, sharpen their artistry, and step boldly toward extraordinary futures.
