Technique Lab is where strong dancers are built. This class combines the core elements of ballet and jazz technique with focused body conditioning to strengthen, lengthen, and refine the dancer’s body.

Students will work on alignment, flexibility, balance, and strength while developing clean lines, strong turns, and powerful jumps.

JazzWorks is where jazz meets Broadway. This choreography-driven class blends the dynamic style of jazz with the storytelling flair of musical theatre.

Dancers will explore high-energy combinations that focus on style, performance quality, and stage presence while building technique and versatility.
