Based on the beloved comic strip and adapted from the Tony Award-winning musical, this heartwarming production follows everyone’s favorite little redhead on her journey from a tough orphanage to a loving new home.

Campers will explore the magic of musical theatre through singing, dancing, and acting while working together to stage this delightful production. With plenty of roles, including orphans, servants, tourists, and more, every child will have a chance to shine! Under the guidance of experienced theatre professionals, participants will build confidence, develop performance skills, and create lasting friendships in a fun and supportive environment.

No prior experience is necessary, just a love for theatre and a spirit of adventure! The camp will culminate in a final performance for family and friends.

Step into the spotlight and discover the exciting world of on-camera acting!

Actor’s Toolkit Jr. is the perfect introduction to film acting for students in grades 5-8. In this fun and engaging class, young actors will learn the basics of performing for the camera, including techniques for commercials and short scenes.

Each student will be assigned a short scene to work on throughout the week. Learn how to act naturally on film, connect with the camera, and deliver your best performance. Culminate the week with a filmed and edited clip of your scene, a perfect keepsake and a great start to your acting reel!

Whether you’re new to acting or looking to sharpen your skills, this introductory class is an exciting opportunity to build confidence, creativity, and stage presence in a supportive and professional environment.

Discover the art of stage and camera-ready makeup in this hands-on class designed for performers of all levels! Foundations of Makeup equips actors with essential skills to apply their own makeup for stage performances, headshots, and auditions.

Create polished, professional looks that stand out under stage lights, learn makeup tips for auditions and headshots to enhance your natural features, and explore techniques like old age makeup and simple special effects to bring characters to life.

Each student will receive a full makeup kit to use during class and beyond. With engaging activities and expert guidance, you’ll leave this class ready to shine, on stage or on camera!

Designed for serious dancers, this half-day, one-week intensive is by invitation only and tailored for advanced performers in grades 9 through college. Participants will work with Rising Stars Performing Arts’ exceptional dance faculty, featuring a different instructor each day to explore a variety of dance styles.

Dive into musical theatre, lyrical, jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, partnering, and more, with expert guidance from our talented staff. Refine your skills, master new choreography, and enhance your stage presence in this focused and challenging program. Learn alongside other dedicated and experienced dancers, fostering growth and inspiration.

Eligibility: Participants must have at least three years of prior dance experience. This program is perfect for dancers looking to push their limits and take their performance to the next level.

Join us this summer for a unique and enriching class and concert series, where singers will refine their technique, stage presence, and acting abilities through a blend of full vocal masterclasses, small coachings, and recitals tailored to fit individual schedules. Participants will explore a diverse repertoire, including duets, trios, small ensemble pieces, and solos, spanning classical art songs, opera, and today’s Broadway hits.

Led by Joe Santaniello, RSPA Artistic Director and owner of Santaniello Vocal Studios, along with other esteemed vocal associates, this program is ideal for students already working with a voice teacher who are eager to expand their repertoire and stage experience.

Performance Dates: June 28th, July 26th, August 17th - Students must commit to at least two of the three performances and be available at least seven days prior to their chosen concert dates. Conflicts will be confirmed during the first meeting.

Rising Stars Performing Arts invites young performers to immerse themselves in a dynamic week-long training program designed to strengthen and refine their skills in all areas of musical theatre. Our Junior Musical Theatre Intensive is ideal for students in grades 5–10, and also welcomes older students through 12th grade seeking a full-day summer training experience.

This comprehensive program focuses on the foundational elements of performance through our signature Quadruple Threat Method, which emphasizes:

 •    Daily Ballet Training – Building strong technical foundations for all dance styles
 •    Vocal Technique – Developing healthy, expressive, and sustainable singing
 •    Rhythm Bootcamp – Enhancing musicianship, timing, and coordination
 •    Improv & Acting – Cultivating spontaneity, character work, and storytelling

Throughout the week, students will work on large-scale medleys from Little Shop of Horrors and Mamma Mia, culminating in a featured full-company performance of music from Six the Musical.

This intensive is perfect for students who have participated in theatre productions and are ready to elevate their training in a structured, professional, and supportive environment. Each day offers a balanced mix of technique, creativity, and rehearsal, guided by experienced instructors passionate about nurturing the next generation of performers.
